Television Presenting Workshops

This one-day workshop offers you the opportunity to spend a day in our professional studio, learning what it takes to become a TV presenter.
You’ll get plenty of experience in front of the camera, with the chance to try out a variety of presenting styles and you will learn the skills every top-class presenter needs; with sessions on interviewing, presenting from a live location and creating that all important on-screen magic.

What makes a good TV presenter?
Developing your personality on air
On camera rules
How the studio works
Introduction to news presenting and using an autocue
News presenting – studio/practical session
Lunch – a buffet lunch will be provided.
Afternoon Session (ends 5:30pm):
Live on location – practical session
Talking to time – studio/practical session
Round up session and questions.
