The TRANSFORM™ process can be broken down into four steps:
Step One:
Anyone with a potentially innovative idea can visit www.business-kit.co.uk and use the ‘IDEA Review Tool’ to assess its commercial viability. This service is provided in a confidential e-learning environment and will review three key aspects of your idea – its uniqueness, its market potential and business development.
Step Two:
You will be contacted by an experienced Business Link Innovation Adviser to provide on-going support.
Step Three:
If you complete the Review with an adequate ‘Idea maturity level’, you will be invited to present to a panel of local experts. They will give you constructive feedback and make recommendations for you to progress your idea. You will be invited to return within three months to present and review your progress at a second panel meeting.
Step Four:
Following your second Panel Review, you will be introduced to organisations geared to meeting the level of support that you require to bring your innovative idea to fruition.
