Jane Buswell explains Branding

Jane Buswell presented an excellent program for Wired Wessex on the importance of “Branding” to your company’s success in April at the elegant and brand new Holiday Inn in Winchester. She explained that your brand is not just about the product, but is really permeated throughout the company attitude, activities and business practices. It begins with the receptionist that greets you at the door and extends throughout every employee.

Jane led us through a discussion about how we identify certain brands and what they mean to us and the importance of Brand Vision, Position, Promise, Personality and Values. Attendees had this to say about the presentation:
